호치민시에서 근무하려면 외국인 근로자는 근로 허가증을 받아야 합니다. 호치민시 노동상 사회복지부는 호치민시 인민위원회의 서면 승인을 바탕으로 근로 허가증을 발급합니다. 따라서 저희는 고객님을 대신하여 근로 허가증 발급 절차를 다음과 같이 지원하고 상담해 드립니다:
외국인 호치민 - 베트남에서 일하기위해서 외국인 근로자는 취업 허가를 받아야 합니다. 노동부, 전쟁상병자 및 시 사회 복지부. 호치민시는 시 인민위원회의 승인에 따라 취업 허가를 발급합니다. 호치민이 서면으로 승인함. 따라서 우리는 다음 순서에 따라 취업 허가 신청 절차를 진행하도록 조언, 지원/대리해 드립니다.
In order to work in Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam, foreign employee must be granted Work Permit. The Department of Labors, War Invalids and Social Affairs of ho Chi Minh City will issue Work Permit based on written approval of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. As such, the National Law Consultancy Company will advise, support/on behalf of you to implement procedures for obtaining Work Permit under the following procedures:
1단계. 필요한 서류 준비 /Step 1: Prepare necessary documents
국루앗 법률 회사는 고객님께 제공하셔야 할 서류 및 문서 목록을 보내드릴 것입니다 (목록은 제1항 - 요구 서류에 따름).
National Law Consultancy Company will send you the list of documents that you need to provide (according to the list in Section I – Required Documents below).
2단계. 관련 서류 작성 및 준비 /Step 2: Prepare relevant documents
고객님으로부터 모든 서류와 자료(유효한 서류)를 받는 즉시, 국루앗 법률 회사는 고객님을 대신하여 베트남 법률에 따라 나머지 서류를 직접 완료할 것입니다.
After receiving the full and valid documents that you provided, the National Law Consultancy Company will for and on behalf of you to directly complete the remaining documents in accordance with laws.
3단계. 서류를 고객님께 보내드려 확인하시고 문서에 서명하셔야 합니다 /Step 3: Send all documents for your review and signature.
4단계. 고객님을 대신하여 서류를 직접 제출하고, 근로 허가증을 받을 때까지 허가 기관과 협력합니다 /Step 4: On behalf of you to submit dossiers and liaise with licensing bodies until obtaining Work Permit.
I. 요구 서류 /REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
고객님께서는 아래 서류와 자료를 준비하여 저희에게 제공해 주시기 바랍니다 /Please kindly prepare and provide us documents as follows:
- 사업 등록 증명서 또는 기업의 투자 인증서 또는 베트남에 있는 외국 기업의 지사 활동 허가증 (사본) /Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate or RO Certificate (true copy);
- 발급일로부터 6개월 이내의 범죄경력증명서 (근로자의 출신 국가 및 베트남에서 발급) /Criminal Record within 6 months as from the date of issuance (in national foreign employee and Vietnam);
- 대학교 졸업장 또는 동등한 자격 증명서 / University Degree or equivalent;
- 해외 근무 경험 증명서 (3년 이상) / Letter of Confirmed Experience in oversea (over 3 years);
- 발급일로부터 6개월 이내의 건강 진단서 (호찌민시 병원에서 발급) /Health Certificate within 6 months as from the date of issuance; (From Hospital In HCMC)
- 여권 (서류 제출 예정일 기준으로 6개월 이상 유효) /Passport (valid for a period of 6 months until the expected date of submission); và/and
- 국제 기준에 맞는 4x6 크기의 사진 4매 /04 (four) photo size 4x6 under international standard (bareheaded, frontal view, showing the face and ears clearly, without glasses and a white background).
***주의사항: 베트남 영토 외에서 발행된 모든 서류는 영사 인증을 받아야 하며, 인증일로부터 3개월 이내에 유효해야 합니다. 또한, 관련 규정에 따라 베트남어로 번역되어야 합니다. 서류 제출 과정에서 궁금한 사항이나 요청이 있으시면 이메일 또는 전화로 문의해 주시면, 저희가 직접 상담 및 안내해 드리겠습니다.
***Note: All documents which are issued outside Vietnam must be notarized and legalized within 3 months as from the date of notarization and legalization and must be translated into Vietnamese in accordance with laws. II. 실행 시간 /TIME-LIMIT
절차 연장 신청의 처리 기간은 유효한 서류 제출일로부터 법률에 따라 25영업일입니다.
Time-limit for extend procedures as mentioned above is 25 working days in accordance with laws as from the date of submitting full and valid documents
III. 서비스 요금 / SERVICE FEE: 10.000.000 VND/ employee
* 주의사항:
- 위 금액에는 허가증 발급 시점까지 발생하는 모든 국가 수수료가 포함되어 있습니다/This fee includes all state fees incurre to date of license;
- 위 금액에는 서류 번역 비용(해당 시)이 포함되어 있지 않습니다 /This fee does not include fee of translation documents;
- 위 금액에는 10% 부가가치세(VAT)가 포함되어 있지 않습니다 / This fee does not include 10% VAT
