합작 회사는 두 개 이상의 당사자가 베트남에서 외국 회사와 베트남 회사 간의 합작 계약을 바탕으로 설립한 회사입니다. (합작 회사 - 굵게)
법률에 따르면, 합작 회사는 유한 책임 회사 또는 주식 회사 형태로 설립될 수 있습니다 (투자자가 3명 이상인 경우). 각 합작 파트너는 회사의 자본금에 약속한 출자 범위 내에서 책임을 집니다. (유한 책임 회사 - 굵게)
합작 회사는 베트남 법에 따라 법적 지위를 가지며, 투자 등록 증명서와 기업 등록 증명서를 발급받은 날부터 설립 및 활동이 가능합니다. (베트남 법 - 굵게)

1단계: 필요한 서류 준비 / Step 1: Prepare the necessary documents
내용: 국법 회사는 고객님께 제공해야 할 서류 목록(아래 목록 참조)을 보내드릴 것입니다. 서류를 제공하는 과정에서 고객님께서 궁금한 점이 있으시면 이메일이나 전화로 연락 주시면 저희가 직접 안내해 드리겠습니다. / National Law Consultancy Company will send you the list of documents that you need to provide (according to the list below). In the process of providing, if you have any questions, please contact us via email and phone in order that we can consult directly for these proceduces.
2단계: 관련 서류 작성 / Step 2: Set the relevant documents.
내용: 고객님께서 제공하신 서류를 받은 후, 국법 회사는 규정에 따라 필요한 서류를 직접 완성할 것입니다./ After receiving the documents that you provided, the National Law Consultancy Company will complete directly the necessary documents.
3단계: 서류를 다시 보내드려 고객님께서 모든 서류를 확인하고 서명하실 수 있도록 합니다 / Step 3: Proceed to send all documents in order that you can check and sign carefully on them.
4단계: 고객님을 대신하여 서류를 제출하고, 투자 등록 증명서와 기업 등록 증명서를 발급 받을 때까지 서류를 처리합니다 / Step 4: On behalf of customers submission and settlement documents until you are granted Investment Certificate and Business Registration Certificate..

1.1 외국인 투자자 자격 증명 서류/ Documents to Prove Lawful Source of Foreign Investor
→ 회사 허가서 사본 (영사 인증)
Copy of the company's license (or any equivalent document) (These documents must be consular legalized)
→ 재무 제표 (영사 인증)
Financial Statement (Audited) (These documents must be consular legalized)
→ 서류 제출 시점에서 회사의 은행 계좌 확인서 (영사 인증)
Audited Company Accounts (These documents must be consular legalized)
→ 회사 정관 (영사 인증)
Charter of company / Memorandum of Association of Company (These documents must be consular legalized)
→ 대표자의 여권 사본.
Authenticated Copy of the representative's passport.
노트 / Notes:
해외에서 발급된 서류는 영사 인증을 받고 법률 규정에 따라 번역해야 합니다 / These documents from oversea must be consular legalized and translate into Vietnam.

→ 서류 제출 시점에서 회사의 은행 계좌 확인서 공증본 3부.
