Quốc Luật 회사는 외국인에게 임시 거주증 발급과 관련된 법적 절차를 상담하고 서류를 작성하며 필요한 절차를 진행하는 전문 회사입니다.
베트남에 체류하고자 하는 외국인은 베트남에서 장기 임시 거주증을 등록해야 합니다. 그 유효 기간은 1년에서 3년까지입니다. 임시 거주증을 소지한 사람은 해당 증명서 유효 기간 내에 출입국 시 비자 면제가 됩니다.

I.실행 절차/ PROCEDURES
1단계. 필요한 서류 준비 /Step 1: Prepare necessary documents
Quốc Luật 회사는 고객님께 제공하셔야 할 서류 및 문서 목록을 보내드릴 것입니다 (II항 - 요구 서류 목록에 따라).
The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will send you the list of documents that you need to provide (according to the list in Section II – Required Documents below).
2단계. 관련 서류 준비 및 작성 /Step 2: Prepare relevant documents
고객님으로부터 모든 서류 및 자료(유효한)를 받은 후, Quốc Luật 회사는 고객님을 대신하여 베트남 법규에 따라 나머지 서류를 직접 완성할 것입니다.
After receiving the full and valid documents that you provided, The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will for and on behalf of you to directly complete the remaining documents in accordance with laws.
3단계. 서류를 다시 보내드려 고객님께서 확인하고 문서에 서명하실 수 있도록 합니다 /Step 3: Send all documents for your review and signature.
4단계. 고객님을 대신하여 서류를 직접 제출하고 허가 기관과 협력하여 임시 거주증을 받을 때까지 진행합니다 /Step 4: On behalf of you to submit dossiers and liaise with licensing bodies until obtaining Resident Card.
II. 요구 서류/REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
고객님께서는 다음 서류 및 자료를 준비하여 저희에게 제공해 주시기 바랍니다 /Please kindly prepare and provide us documents as follows:
- 02부 사업자등록증 사본 또는 기업 투자 인증서 또는 베트남에 위치한 외국기업 대표사무소 운영 허가증 사본/02 Notary Copy of Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate or RO Certificate (true copy);
- 02부 회사 인감 등록 증명서 사본/ 02 Notary Copy of Company Stamp Certificate
- 원본 여권 (DN 비자, 기업 비자 유형) (서류 제출 예정일로부터 6개월 이내 유효)/ Original Passport with Business Visa (valid for a period of 6 months until the expected date of submission);
- 국제 표준에 맞춘 2x3 크기 사진 4장 (흰색 배경) / 04 (four) photo size 3x4 under international standard (bareheaded, frontal view, showing the face and ears clearly, without glasses and a white background).
- 현재 거주지 확인서 사본 02부 (동/면 경찰서 확인) / 02 Notary Copy of Letter of confirm of current residence address in Ho Chi Minh City ( from ward police)
III. 실행 시간 / TIME-LIMIT
법률에 따른 연장 절차는 서류가 적법하게 제출된 날부터 5근무일 이내에 완료됩니다.
Time-limit for extend procedures as mentioned above is 5 working days in accordance with laws as from the date of submitting full and valid documents
IV. 비용 / FEE
- 국가 수수료 / Government Fee: 3.200.000 VND/ person / 3 years
- 서비스 수수료 / Service Fee: 4.500.000 VND/ person
* NOTE:
- 위 비용은 허가증이 발급될 때까지 발생하는 모든 국가 수수료를 포함한 금액입니다 /This fee includes all state fees incurre to date of license;
- 위 비용에는 서류 번역 비용(있는 경우)이 포함되지 않습니다 /This fee does not include fee of translation documents;
- 위 비용에는 10% 부가가치세가 포함되지 않습니다 / This fee does not include 10% VAT.
